Payment is made after the confirmed service is completed:
You do not need to pay anything to confirm your booking. Your vehicle, driver, itinerary and price are confirmed on WhatsApp before travel, then you pay only after the relevant service is completed.
Plans can change. You may cancel your booking at any time without a cancellation fee. If your multiday journey has already started, you only pay for the travel days already completed. Please tell us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Your confirmed price and inclusions are explained before travel. Multiday overtime after 10 hours is charged at 10% of the vehicle's daily rate per hour and paid with that day's rate.
The vehicle price is confirmed before pickup. Pay after you arrive at the confirmed destination by cash in IDR or bank transfer. No deposit is required.
No deposit required. Pay after each completed travel day. A two-day journey is paid in two daily payments; a five-day journey is paid in five. Any agreed overtime is paid with that day's rate.
