Will I have the same driver for the entire Bali trip?
Yes. The service is designed around the same driver and the same private vehicle throughout your confirmed multiday journey, subject only to an emergency or an unavoidable operational issue.
Do I need to book accommodation for the driver?
No. Driver accommodation and driver meals are included in the fixed daily rate. You only choose and book accommodation for your own group.
Is fuel included in the daily price?
Yes. Fuel for the confirmed Bali itinerary is included, together with tolls and standard parking.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The price is per private vehicle per day, not per person.
How many hours are included each day?
Each daily rate includes up to 10 hours of service from that day's pickup time.
What happens if we travel for more than 10 hours?
Additional time is charged at 10% of the vehicle's daily rate per hour: Rp110,000 per hour for Avanza or Rp130,000 per hour for Innova Reborn.
Can I change the sample itinerary?
Yes. Every sample is flexible. Destinations, hotels and stops can be changed before the final route and daily timing are confirmed.
Can we stop at attractions between hotels?
Yes. Agreed sightseeing stops do not add a distance charge when included in the confirmed itinerary and completed within the daily 10-hour service. Tickets, activities and licensed guides are not included.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.
When do I pay for a multiday trip?
You pay after each completed travel day by cash in IDR or bank transfer. For example, a five-day journey is paid in five daily payments.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. If the journey has started, you pay only for travel days already completed; cancelled future days are not charged. Please tell us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Please book at least 48 hours before your first pickup date.
How much luggage fits in the Avanza and Innova Reborn?
Avanza is suitable for up to 4 guests and 3 large suitcases. Innova Reborn is suitable for up to 5 guests and around 4–5 large suitcases, depending on suitcase size and additional items.
